Avocado salad with feta
Simple, but so good! Start your day with this fresh salad, or serve it as a side dish at your Mediterranean table!

Ingredienser
- 1 avocado
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 0.5 red onion
- 0.33 cucumber
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tbs parsley
Instruksjoner
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado into big chunks.
- Cut the onion into thin slices.
- Mix all the vegetables in a bowl, add the lemon juice and the feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, black pepper, and top with parsley.
- Enjoy!
